Agricultural aircraft spray boom at a blue-hour operations yard
Part 137 aerial application · Charge at droplet formation · Pensacola hub

Charge the droplet.
Cover the canopy.
Prove the sortie.

Travicar Connect is the flight-intelligence layer of TFEM Parts LLC’s precision aerial application stack: electrostatic spray heads, stainless-steel rotary atomizers, DGPS Travicar job ledgers, smart sensors, and full fluid kits for fixed-wing, helicopter, and Part 137 UAS fleets.

Built on U.S. Patent US 12,030,077 B2 and nine Brazilian utility-model letters patent, the platform ties boom geometry, charge at droplet formation, and post-flight application audit trails to the SPE method directed by inventor Felipe André Boris from the Travicar industrial base in Brazil. The Pensacola facility, leased November 2025, anchors U.S. distribution and the build-out of a local team.

The spray train is incomplete

GPS is nearly universal. Deposition architecture is not.

“Underside coverage is where conventional aerial spray trains lose the battle. Charged droplets change the leaf-face math.”

Precision electrostatic spray hardware
Aerial application stack

From pre-flight charge setup to auditable application records

Sortie intelligence, electrostatic stack configuration, SPE Charge Advisor recommendations, DGPS job books, dealer fulfillment, and calibration acceptance remain under continuous technical direction from the inventor.
